Get a job with a green company

When you’re looking at companies hiring, there is a set of requirements every job seeker has, such as flexible work options, diversity initiatives, fun perks, or an environmentally conscious culture.

In fact, going green is so important that nearly 10% of millennials said they would be willing to quit their jobs if their employer was not committed to sustainability, according to a recent study from Lightspeed and Rubbermaid Commercial Products.

To help you make some green at a green company, we checked out The Climate Group’s list of companies committed to 100% renewable electricity from its global initiative RE100 to see which ones are hiring now.

You’ll find nearly every type of company—from tech titans like Apple and Google to finance firms like Goldman Sachs and Wells Fargo to retail giants like Walmart and H&M—making big hires on Monster and an even bigger impact on the environment.
